I had a wonderful time in Badwater and Vermont. So happy that I had the opportunity to do both. Now that those races are behind me, I've been enjoying my runs again in the trails of Green Lakes. I'm hoping in the next couple of weeks I can explore many different trails. Today I did a bit over 23 miles with a friend - it was nice...a bit muddy, but I am sure getting use to that! Quads are still a bit sore, but definetly feeling good as the days go by.
Until tomorrow...which will be, more trails!
