Serious Sauna Training!

Today I sat in the sauna for 33 min. It is amazing how somedays 30 can fly and other days I am pacing the room like a caged animal that wants to escape...like today! Came out completely soaked, changed my clothes, only to be completely soaked by a run in the pouring rain! Best tsoak was a nice hot shower. I believe I am already starting to get heat acclimated...wearing sweatshirts and sweatpants when it is fairly warm outside! I hope this is sauna is doing some serious adjustment for badwater!
